Surprise, surprise, the answer is me! :O

Snow, Google Translate is not a reliable source! XD As someone who actually speaks a reasonable amount of French, I didn't use it. While indeed works as a translation, a more direct translation would be "it's true." This was meant to be a reference to C'etait la vérité, (it was the truth), which was recently in my profile name for quite a while.

As for the other clues, Fabienne means 'bean grower' and the 19th letter of the alphabet is S.
