Jai, Busybody's sudden death came as a shock to everybody--not least herself. Literally. She was sitting on her couch relaxing and sipping hot chocolate when she was struck by lightning.
The mafia member showed up later, found her already dead, and finished the hot chocolate (Jai's cup had spilled but there was more in the pot).

I was roleblocked last night, so either it is dug like my guts been saying and all evidence points to OR Arc has been playing the long game. So. I hope I'm right here, fingers crossed.

Because realistically, the town has just lost if we’re wrong on this. It’d be an insane move, voting that early for Ember (giving you credibility), and then claiming Vigilante during the second day phase. You could’ve easily gone without saying it. There really was no need to do so. Sure, it was brought up that there could be, but you hopped on claiming it like no tomorrow. You said that you’d likely be roleblocked for putting forth that info, and sure enough, you were. No vigilante kill. Jai dies because you don’t want to be suspected for killing Dug, given that you were insistent on the fact that Dug was suspicious to you, and Jai was the only one who could realistically figure out who it was. So you both roleblock and kill Jai. The problem is that even IF I unvote, it puts us at a deadlock, the night phase happens, someone dies, and then it’s still mafia win conditions, given the fact that Raven has now confirmed wanting to win with the mafia.

Reasons Why Snow Is Not The Mafia Member And You Should Vote For Dug Bc That's Our Best Bet
1. I was the second person to vote for Ember, as soon as evidence (which I'd been asking for) was given. Why would I so willingly throw my pal under the bus like that with no warning? Sure, it gives me credibility, but that's a bit of a dick move, surely? What, did we agree beforehand to do it? How did that conversation go "oh yeah it's only day one but if you somehow get called out I'm totally disowning you to save my own ass." I am NOT that confident of a player, I would have tried to find a way to defend her and incriminate Jai.
(1.2. Dug voted for her last, after it was clear she was already dying. I know it could be a coincidence, but COME ON)
2. I claimed Vig. Yeah, I COULD have gone without saying it, but Raven had basically already said/guessed who I was and if the maf was/it smart, I would have been blocked anyway. Might as well shout it from the rooftops at that point if there's any chance of it making you trust me and narrowing down the search/guilty list.
3. I did have a third point for if this eventually happened bc I always get accused bc of my play stile, but I'm too tired to remember it. Maybe I should have left this until morning. eh.
4. I'm innocent and Dug is the mafia (probably) and raven doesn't want to win with the mafia, she wants to win with me bc we're cool bird buddies and I was nice to her. <3 always be nice to the birds and bird related people.

look, at this point it's either you or Arc, and you've got a lot more evidence against you, at least in my mind. I'm sorry if this turns out to be a mistake and you're not the mafia, but that just doesn't seem likely anymore.
If killing you makes the town lose, which I am like 98% confident it won't, then I guess I'm a fool. But I KNOW this is the right move. It has to be.
