Through the dark and dingy night the Mafia crept, and with extreme precision, they pounced. Star, the Doctor, dropped dead to the ground.

Mafia 14 Sign Ups

Just a vanilla round of Mafia, though I may use the idea of blank roles if I need to assuming no one has any objections.
Either way, names and pronouns below please! Sign ups will end on Thursday.

And finally, here is a vague potential role list:

Mafia
Godfather - Immune to cop investigations. Any attempt to investigate by the cop will show as innocent. 
Preventer - Can prevent someone from using their night action, should they have one. This doesn't include twins. 
Consigliere - Can investigate someone and will get four results, only one will be the players actual role. 
Smuggler - Can swap two people for a night, so that any actions affecting them will affect the other instead. Only the two swapped people will be notified of a swap. 
Convert - Can convert one person into a mafioso who has no power beyond killing. Cannot convert on night one. 

Town
Cop - Can investigate one person and will get a verdict of innocent or guilty. 
Private Investigator - Can investigate someone and will get four results, only one will be the players actual role. 
Doctor - Can heal one person per night and has one self heal. This will prevent the player from dying. 
Citizen - Has no night action
Roleblocker - Can prevent someone from using their night action, should they have one. This doesn't include twins. 
Switcher - Can swap two people for a night, so that any actions affecting them will affect the other instead. Only the two people being swapped will be notified of a swap. 
Twin - Can talk to their twin at night. 
Vigilante - Has one bullet and can choose one person to kill. Cannot kill night one.  
Trigger Happy - Can prime themselves twice in a game. Will kill anyone that visits, town or not. Cannot prime night one. 

Neutral
Amnesiac - Can remember a lost role and will then take this role and it's aim. 
Recruiter - Can convert people into neutrals with no night action. Aims to change everyone into a neutral and stop the war. 
Jester - Aim is to get killed during the day by any means necessary. 
Executioner - Will receive a target everyday. The aim is to get the town ton lynch this person. One successful lynching of a target counts as a win. 

MAFIA 13 Conclusion

"Don't kill me, I'm a townie!" Jai protested, but none of the others believed her. They walked her up to the gallows, Henry the telepathic ninja owl soaring overhead to prevent any escape.

Maybe.

Connor's ghost was around here somewhere, and he'd had tunneling powers. Maybe she could escape into the ground.

Maybe not though. It was his move that cost the mafia the game, so perhaps he couldn't be relied on.

Jai scanned her surroundings, calculating.

There was no obvious means of escape.

"I'm an innocent old mortal farmer man, not a Diablerie Killer," She tried.

That did not work either.

"I'M THE GRAND MAGE. ARREST THESE IMPOSTERS."

The cleavers jumped to attention initially. They were used to obeying Corrival Deuce's voice, and Jai did a reasonably good impression. However, the affect only lasted a moment.

A moment might be enough though...

Jai ran.

And then suddenly she wasn't running.

Where did the ground go?

HENRY THE TELEPATHIC NINJA OWL PICKED UP THE ESCAPING JAI AND DROPPED HER ONTO DUGGLYN'S GRAVE, WHICH HAPPENED TO BE ON FIRE

Jai, Batu, stopped, dropped, and rolled, but the fire was magical and did not go out.

Eventually, she simply became the fire.

Day 4

so y'all kinda broke the game

but like there's some logistical weirdness

once upon a time there was a diablerie member minding their own gosh darn business when all of a sudden somebody grabbed them from behind and put a sweet-smelling cloth by their face

they were like "hey wait that's rude" but then they were unconscious so they didn't get to finish saying that

they woke up in an interrogation cell and answered some questions but the answers were not satisfactory to the merciless China Sorrows. Elleni, Jaron Gallow was decapitated and thrown into a river.

Batu watched from the shadows. This was unacceptable. They jumped out and decapitated Trip, China Sorrows. 

"Remove this body and throw it in the river. It's a tripping hazard," they told China's startled attendants.

Meanwhile...

Dugglyn, Vindick Leather, cackled in her grave. Or her body did. Her ghost was elsewhere. She would get to watch someone BURRRRRNNNN now. She stood partway through the wall of the only person she'd successfully visited.

Mmmm the smell of smoke and burning flesh. She floated toward it ominously.

I don't really care though I just wanted to watch somebody BURNNNNNNN
